EVENT CHANGES BEFORE 11:59PM MONDAY APRIL 10, 2017
Competitors can change events once registered up until 11:59pm Monday April 10, 2017
If you wish to change events you can do so online via your ‘My Events Portal’. Once you login simply click Change Event Category and follow the prompts to make your event change.
If you change to an event of a greater value than your original event, you are required to pay the difference in entry fees of when you registered and the fee as it stands at the point of upgrade.
If you change to an event of a lesser value you will required to fill in the ‘Refund Request Form’ found below after you have changed events online. You will be refunded the difference between the original event and the cost of the new event as it currently stands, less a $15 administration charge.
Please note: Race packs will be sent out from April. If you are changing events and you have already received your race pack, you will be required to bring your current pack to collect a replacement pack from the Race Week Office.

Race changes are allowed from Tuesday April 11 but can only be made in person at the Apollo Bay Race Week Office. Please click here for opening hours.
Please remember that if you have already received your race pack in the mail to bring it with you to the Race Week Office.
