EVENT CHANGES BEFORE 12:00AM ON MONDAY 5th April, 2021
If you would like to change your event simply email us and we can make those changes for you.
If you are downgrading your event you will incur a $15 administration fee which will be deducted from the refunded price difference.
If you are upgrading your event you will have to pay the price difference.
EVENT CHANGES AFTER 12:00AM ON MONDAY 5th April, 2021
Race changes are allowed from Monday 5th April but can only be made in person at the Apollo Bay or Lorne Race Week Office.
Please remember that if you have already received your race pack in the mail to bring it with you to the Race Week Office.
If you change to an event of a greater value, you are required to pay the difference in entry fees of when you registered and the current entry fee.
If you change to an event of a lesser value, there is no refund of the difference in entry fees.
Please note: Race packs will be sent out from April. If you are changing events and you have already received your race pack, you will be required to bring your current pack to collect a replacement pack from the Race Week Office.
