EVENT CHANGES AFTER 11:59PM ON MONDAY 5th April, 2021

After April 5th, you can still make changes by emailing info@greatoceanroadrunfest.com.au, however you will receive your original distance bib in the mail. You will be responsible to come to the race week office and swap your bib for the correct distance. You will not be able to start with the wrong distance bib and your timing chip will not work.

If you change to an event of a greater value, you are required to pay the difference in entry fees of when you registered and the current entry fee. When upgrading: Please provide us with your CVC of the credit card used during registration so we can efficiently process the change and charge any costs that occur

If you change to an event of a lesser value, there is no refund of the difference in entry fees.

If you do not hear back from us, please come see us at the race week office to make the change for you.

If you would like to change your event simply email us and we can make those changes for you. Please provide us with credit card details to process the change and extra charges that will occur when upgrading. 

If you are downgrading your event you will incur a $15 administration fee which will be deducted from the refunded price difference.

If you are upgrading your event you will have to pay the price difference.
