EVENT WITHDRAWALS

Withdrawals submitted before Tuesday 7th April, 2020 are entitled to a refund, minus a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fees:

Ultra Marathon – $30

Marathon – $30

Half Marathon – $30

14km – $15

6km – $15

Walk – $15

Kids 1.5km – $5

If you withdraw after 12.00am on Tuesday 7th April, 2020 onwards for any reason (including, but not limited to, medical reasons), there is no refund of any portion of the entry fee.

Note: Race packs will be sent out from April. If you withdraw from an event after you have received your race pack please write ‘Return to Sender’ on the front of the pack, and send back to us as soon as possible.
