As a participant in the 2021 Kieser Great Ocean Road Running Festival you acknowledge and confirm:
- I understand that even with extensive protocols and measures in place at the Kieser Great Ocean Road Running Festival, that there does remain a risk of COVID or other viral illness transmission at the event.
- That you (inclusive of any travelling party) are currently not suffering any associated symptoms of COVID & have not been in contact with a confirmed case or suspected case of COVID in the past 14 days
- I’m fully aware of the current Victorian Government Latest public health advice in relation to COVID Department of Health and Human Services Victoria |
- I understand that I must not attend the event if I reside in a public exposure site at the time of the event Case alerts – public exposure sites
- That you (inclusive of any travelling party) have not visited any exposure sites within NSW and therefore are not deemed a ‘close contact’ as outlined New South Wales COVID case locations website
- I understanding I need to remain vigilant to the possibility of changes to the public health advice and therefore possible changes to the event
- I have read, understand and pledge to adhere to the event COVID safe protocols and measures in place
