Take your daily joyride in the better-than-ever NEW Brooks Ghost 16 with Louis Phillips Runner, Content Creator and Founder of INTVL Running Training App this Sunday at Albert Park.
Wear test other Brooks favourites including Adrenaline GTS 23, Glycerin 21 and Ghost Max as you take on the 8km or 14km training runs. Arrive early as wear test samples are limited. PLUS, we have Brooks Footwear Prize Packs up for grabs and 4 lucky winners will receive a FREE entry to GORRF!
The session is open to anyone and everyone so bring your friends along and get excited to run with Louis Phillips and Brooks!

Parking: paid parking is available within the Albert Park precinct with a major car park adjacent to Lakeside Stadium. Parking fees vary between weekdays and the weekend. Free street parking is available in Canterbury Rd and the streets across Albert Rd from Lakeside Stadium with some having time limits.
The Run
There will be two distances to choose from, so runners of all abilities and ranges are welcome! Louis will be taking the group on a 8KM run, and if you feel like going a bit further join in on the 14KM long run!
